The Department of Student Services provides services to enhance the learning environment of students by stimulating the learning process, integrating the in-class and out-of-class experiences, promoting an environment conducive to growth, development and discovery, and to facilitate an environment that will contribute towards the holistic development of all students.
The Department envisages to promote a campus environment that provides quality services and increases student retention and success and to enhance the overall quality of campus life, establish a sense of community, and enable all students to realize their full potential.

Welcome to the NUST Department of Student Services! Our fundamental role is to support and enhance our institution’s educational mission, and each section within the department is committed to a comprehensive approach in supporting students' intellectual and personal development through, teaching, learning and service delivery.
By integrating formal studies with non –academic activities, a vibrant array of student organisations and activities, leadership development, and sport and cultural activities, we promote student success in and outside the classroom. Each student's experiences are important and ultimately contributes to NUST vibrant and engaged campus community and provides a foundation for academic success. Through your involvement in student organizations, community service, and other events and activities you will ultimately leave a positive and lasting legacy at our prestigious institution.
