You can confirm by:

Checking your academic record under Annual Results on the Student Portal.

Contacting your Faculty Officer for verification.

Students who have successfully completed all prescribed courses for their qualification.

Students whose results have been approved by Senate.
- Letters of Completion/Graduation letters will be sent via email and made available through the Student Portal in due course. Please ensure your contact details are up to date.
- Students are encouraged to obtain their academic attire from approved suppliers, whose details will be provided by NUST. Please consult the NUST Graduation Office or your Faculty beforehand to confirm the correct hood colour.

- Graduands must wear formal or traditional attire beneath their academic gowns.
Arrival times and seating arrangements will be indicated on your guest tickets and published on the NUST website.
- Morning Session: Arrival at 06h00 for 07h30
- Afternoon Session: Arrival at 12h00 for 13h30
- Yes. The ceremony will be live-streamed, and professional photographers will be available on site.
- No. Diploma graduates will graduate in absentia.
Certificates will be issued as follows:
- Immediately after the ceremony for those attending in person.
- From Tuesday, 12 May 2026 to Friday, 15 May 2026 for those who graduated in absentia.
- Please note that the Graduation and Certification Office will be closed from 18 May to 27 May 2026 due to the Eenhana Graduation Ceremony.
- All outstanding fees must be settled by 01 May 2026.
- Graduands who have not cleared their debts will be allowed to attend and participate in the ceremony; however, their certificates will be withheld until all dues have been paid.
