Main Functions:
This division supports the Vice-Chancellor in the formulation of policies and procedures and the implementation of and compliance with national laws and the policies applicable to the institution. This guarantees transparent and accountable governance.
The institution is committed to comply with internationally acceptable standards of accountability, responsibility, fairness and integrity. It indorses the principles contained in the King III Report on Corporate Governance and strives to lead and manage the institution accordingly.
The responsibility of the office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor: Finance and Operations entails the oversight of the following departments: Finance, Human Resources, Digital Transformation Business Services, Student Services and Facilities.
