The ICT Support division in the Department of DTBS provides a range of ICT services to the institution.
The division provides the following:
- Access and support to a set detail of software
- Access and support to computers (desktops, laptops, terminals , computer laboratories)
- Access and support for peripheral devices (e.g. printers)
- Venue support (e.g. auditoriums)
The ICT service and support is dispersed across students, academic staff, administration staff as well as the NUST regional centres.
