ICT Support for Students during Lockdown Stage 2

Dear Students,

In line with Namibia’s Stage 2 COVID-19 restrictions, the campus will remain closed to all students until further notice. During this partial lockdown, the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) remains committed to ensuring that students receive the relevant ICT support.

The ICT Support Officers at the i-Café (Library) are equipped to operate remotely via telephone, WhatsApp and e-mail (see details below).

The following services will be available:

- Resetting students’ webmail/Microsoft Teams, domain, e-learning (Moodle) and kiosk passwords

- Installation of Microsoft Office 365

The team will operate from Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 16:30.
