Operations

In order to operationalise these services, the PSU is divided into the following sections:

  • Resource mobilisation:

This section is primarily responsible for grant identification, application and acquisition. This includes identifying strategic partnerships and networking opportunities.

  • Monitoring and Evaluation:

This section is responsible for grant management, monitoring and evaluation of acquired projects. This includes risk control, impact analysis.
