Description

This programme recognises the important role that managers within vocational education and training play in terms of ensuring that the skills needs of industries are addressed in support of national strategies. The purpose of this programme is to equip in-service facilitators of vocational education and training with management and leadership knowledge and skills that will enable them to develop competencies and skills in this domain in a more conducive and focused manner.

Admission Requirements

Potential candidates must meet the General Admission Requirements of NUST (as outlined in the Prospectus) and be qualified in a designated trade. Applicants who have completed the Certificate in Technical and Vocational Education and Training: Trainer (Level 5) or similar qualifications are eligible to apply for this programme.
