This programme aims at equipping in-service and pre-service vocational trainers with instructional competencies required for a career as trainer in a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) environment. The programme recognises the major attributes that a TVET trainer must possess at a foundational level that would enable him/her to transfer knowledge and skills to vocational trainees in a student-centred manner. The programme provides an opportunity for artisans who wish to pursue further studies in the field of TVET and become competent trainers in their respective occupations.
