1. Senior Students (Study Permit Renewal)
International students who missed the extended deadline due to visa issues must email their full name and student number to externalaffairs.src@nust.na or akiimba@nust.na
If you are still awaiting your police clearance, you may submit your application along with the payment receipt and a letter explaining the delay in obtaining the Namibian police clearance.
2. First-Year Students (First-Time Application)
Submit your study permit applications by 31 March 2025 to avoid long queues.
If your entry permit has expired, request an extension promptly.
Ensure you apply while still within your legal stay period.
3. Contact Details Update
Update your Namibian phone number and email address on your student kiosk.
If you experience difficulties, visit Ms Alma Kiimba’s office (Main Campus, Office of the Registrar, Ground Floor).
