Description
The Master of Human Resource Management is designed to provide students with the human resource management knowledge and skills at an advanced level. The programme aims to equip students with an exemplary knowledge and relevant expertise in their area of major, labour relations, organisational behaviours and human resource development, to operate effectively in today’s ever changing and challenging business environment both in public and private establishments.
Admission Requirements
Applicants that hold a Bachelor of Human Resources Management Honours degree from Namibia University of Science and Technology or an equivalent qualification at NQF Level 8, that was obtained from any recognised institutions or a 4-year pre-NQF qualification with a strong research component in related fields are eligible for admission into this programme.
