These awards aim to recognise and celebrate staff members who demonstrate outstanding contributions to our workplace culture, service excellence, and impactful work behind the scenes.

- Is reliable, responsive, and solution-focused
- Maintains a positive attitude, even under pressure
Someone who makes a big difference behind the scenes, without seeking recognition.
Who they are:
Someone who makes a big difference behind the scenes, without seeking recognition.
What they do:
- Delivers consistently without being in the spotlight
- Takes ownership of critical but often unnoticed tasks
- Keeps things running smoothly in the background
You are invited to nominate colleagues whom you believe embody these qualities. Your participation helps us highlight and appreciate the individuals who make a meaningful difference within the NUST community.
