Welcome to the NUST People-First Awards nomination survey in celebration of International Human Resources Day on the 20th of May 2026.

These awards aim to recognise and celebrate staff members who demonstrate outstanding contributions to our workplace culture, service excellence, and impactful work behind the scenes.

  • Maintains a positive attitude, even under pressure

Someone who makes a big difference behind the scenes, without seeking recognition.

What they do:

  • Delivers consistently without being in the spotlight
  • Takes ownership of critical but often unnoticed tasks
  • Keeps things running smoothly in the background

You are invited to nominate colleagues whom you believe embody these qualities. Your participation helps us highlight and appreciate the individuals who make a meaningful difference within the NUST community.
