NUST HR Innovation Challenge
- The NUST We Want -
We invite all staff to submit innovative ideas that can improve HR processes, employee well-being, and institutional culture at the Namibia University of Science & Technology. Submit your idea via a short video or PowerPoint presentation.
PROCESS
- All submissions will be reviewed by a panel
- Winning pitch will be selected based on:
• Innovation
• Feasibility
• Impact in Alignment with HR and NUST policies - The winning pitch will be announced on International HR Day.
- Winning pitches may be considered for implementation.
